Here is the definition of treason from Merriam-Webster. The most respected dictionary in America.

This is one of the legal statute’s that could be used to arrest and prosecute the traitors among us.

18 U.S. Code § 2382 – Misprision of treason

Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States and having knowledge of the commission of any treason against them, conceals and does not, as soon as may be, disclose and make known the same to the President or to some judge of the United States, or to the governor or to some judge or justice of a particular State, is guilty of misprision of treason and shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than seven years, or both.

  1. The laws are useless against the traitors running our government, for this is what might be called trapped in the status quo, for it’s contingent on first removing the current criminals from within the government to be able to prosecute the traitors within.

  2. Then what are we to say of those among us, most notably in the FBI, who ignored, altered, misrepresented, lost, damaged, fabricated and/or planted evidence in the JFK assassination for the express purpose of framing Lee Oswald for the crime and letting the real criminals ( LBJ et al) escape justice? Are they not accessories after the fact to treason? Does that not make them traitors themselves? Is not treason a crime without a statute of limitation? Isn’t the customary punishment for treason death by hanging?

How many among us formally swore an oath to protect the Constitution of the United States against all enemies foreign and domestic? Even those among us who did not, do we not bear full allegiance to the United States and to its CONSTITUTIONAL government? How can we say we have had such a government since 1963, when traitorous conspirators have seized our government and operated with impunity within it ever since?

In the immediate aftermath of Kennedy’s assassination it was natural of Americans to look to our institutions to lead us out of that dark period. But the FBI was, and is, not a democratic institution, and it was led at that time by an extremely venal man who also was LBJ’s long-time neighbor, one of his closest friends, and, like LBJ, hated the Kennedys.

Are you not aware that one material witness after another and another died of unnatural causes soon after the Kennedy assassination? The London Sunday Times hired an actuary to calculate the odds of so many witnesses dying of unnatural causes in such a brief period. His conclusion? He estimated the odds against it at 100,000,000,000,000 to one! And that did not even include the waves of suspicious deaths with each new investigation or take into account that the government has weapons that can cause a heart attack or inject a target with cancer.

We now have every indication that the FBI is, together with CIA, a source and locus of Deep State power. The Deep State had long antecedents but literally seized power in the secret coup of Nov. 22, 1963.

If you doubt what I am saying, then I bid you simply to look up the activities on Nov. 22, 1963 of one George H.W. “Poppy” Bush.

Why else do you think CIA deemed it so important, as laid out in its Memorandum 1035-960, to discredit all critics of the Warren Report, turning the phrase “conspiracy theorist” into a pejorative? Are you not aware that Jackie and Bobby Kennedy, French and Soviet Intel, multiple members of the Warren Commission itself, a majority of the U.S. Congress, Lyndon Johnson himself, and the great majority of our fellow Americans are now on record or known to have believed JFK the victim of a conspiracy? And, anyway, what business is it of the CIA to concern itself with what the American people believe, when its Charter of Authority gives it no domestic role?

Many, if not most, Americans have always felt “it” (a coup d’etat) could never happen here. We are too armed and patriotic, we reasoned. But what do we do when we only learn we suffered a coup fully 50 years after the fact?

How you answer that question is up to you. Don’t research the assassination. Keep your head buried in the sand. It’s all the same to me. My duty remains clear in any case. I shall speak out. I cannot be silenced through ridicule or intimidation.

I do expect better of my fellow Americans, however. Yes, most now have become latté drinking soy boys and mindless sheeple. They don’t know how to recognize a police state, having never tasted real freedom. What they fear is a zombie apocalypse. But some have not yet been lobotomized. In some veins still pumps red American blood. To these I say study the assassination, share your knowledge, keep your powder dry, and pray to Almighty God to restore constitutional government to these United States of America.
